Pricing Policy

Prices and items are subject to change without notice. reserves the right to limit purchased quantities and to discontinue items. We are not responsible for, and will not honor printing or typographical errors. Prices on supercede all other previous catalogs and printed documents.

Sales Tax

Applicable local and sales tax will be applied to CA residents only.

Payment Options

All orders must be prepaid by credit cards (Mastercard or Visa).

We now accept Paypal as a payment option.

No COD’s or personal checks will be accepted.

Product Availability

All items in stock will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Out of stock items will not be backordered.

Shipping and Delivery Policy offers free US shipping on orders totaling $50 or more (pre-tax) to only the US contingent states (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada and all other international countries. For qualified customers who receive free shipping, all items and products will ship via UPS or USPS. Some items may have special delivery options associated with them. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped in 1-2 business days, unless noted items are out of stock. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next following business day. All orders will be shipped via UPS or US Mail. For special shipping instructions, please call or note in “Special Instructions”. Due to shipper’s restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

We are currently only accepting online orders from CANADA and the UNITED STATES (48 Contingent States). All other International countries, please contact us at to place a special order.

Order Confirmation

After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation E-mail verifying your order was received and is being processed.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is an error or damaged item(s), please call us in 7 days for an authorization number. All items returned must be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories as well as any free gifts associated with the merchandise. We will gladly refund or replace or repair the item. will not accept returns on special orders. Special orders that are defective will be replaced for identical items only.

Damaged Merchandise

If you received damaged merchandise delivered by UPS, call UPS at 800-742-5877 and request a damaged report. We will gladly replace the merchandise as soon as we receive a verification-damaged report from the carrier.
